Scientific Hokey Pokey on Ghost Lab in New Orleans and Chicago
Ghost Lab Tricked Out Car Hauler
A Bio-Cam at the Chicago Liar’s Club was tested to see if extreme emotion could leave an emotional imprint on a physical location. They watched the readings as a few of the investigators sat in the corner where the three murders took place and these readings changed from calm auras to anger auras.
They also caught an EVP on the third floor of the old building. It said, “Hate”. Ooh scary
Their next stop took them down south to New Orleans to investigate ‘a haunted house within a haunted house’. Built in 1872, the former funeral home that was renovated in 2007 and now serves as a haunted house attraction. The brothers Klinge said they hope to cast their net and serve up a “Ghost buffet”. Boy these guys are sweet talkers.
Before they had even set up their “electronic net”, a door behind them closed by itself. This threw them into a frenzy and they stopped their interview with a local historian and began questioning the cause of the movement. Upon further investigation they found out ALL the magnetized doors closed not just the one behind them.
The Everyday Paranormal Crew
On this night the Klinge brothers wanted to test a theory about fear and paranormal activity - is there a correlation? And according to expert interview Professor Bradley Cooke from Atlanta it’s called the fight or flight response. He told them to place the subjects in a scary place and then make a loud noise to see their physiological response. They want to capture anything around the raised energy level produced by scaring the pants off of the frightened investigators and one marketing director. So, they made them walk through the darkened basement and then scared the crap out of them. The result? What do you think?
The brothers then tried to converse with Sarah the crack pipe ghost. Or I should say they YELLED at Sarah. Brad’s response was a neck scratch.
His neck, his neck, his neck is on fire…
Apparently, Sarah didn’t like getting taunted.
Another EVP they caught was, “She don’t like him.” Serves them right - with all their teasing they would dredge up a ghost who uses improper grammar.
First of all, I would like to say the Ghost Hunters Crew will forever be #1 in my heart but I’ve gotta give it to these brothers for trying new techniques in the interest of paranormal investigations. While I can’t critique the validity of their methods, I am starting to see the entertainment value of Ghost Lab. Now if they could just stop yelling at them. Ghost Lab is on Discovery Channel - Tuesday’s at 10
